Welcome to my world: Casa Kundra, a welcoming space in Scarlino, close to the sea and surrounded by the authentic energy of the Tuscan Maremma.

Here, you can truly slow down: stay in a charming holiday home in the village, practise yoga between the garden and the sea, discover local flavours, and embrace a slower, more natural and restorative rhythm.

My name is Francesca, and I created Casa Kundra to welcome you with care and warmth, offering an experience that speaks to the senses and the heart.

THE THREE PILLARS OF YOUR HOLIDAY

Casa Kundra: Your Holiday Home in Scarlino

Casa Kundra is a welcoming apartment in the heart of Scarlino, designed for travellers looking for a holiday home in the Maremma region of Tuscany where they can slow down, breathe, and feel at home.

With a private entrance, carefully designed spaces, and rooms with views of the sea and Elba Island, it is the ideal retreat for anyone seeking privacy and tranquillity just a few steps from nature.

Yoga Kundra: Yoga by the Sea, Wellbeing and Movement

With Yoga Kundra, I bring the practice wherever you feel most at ease: in my garden near the sea, on the beach, at your home, or within hospitality venues across the Maremma.

My classes combine movement, breathwork, wellbeing and lightness, with practices designed for adults, children, holiday guests, and anyone who wishes to reconnect with their own rhythm.

I also organise experiences for hotels, accommodation venues and wineries, combining yoga, sensory meditation and a final tasting of local wines. It’s a perfect way to experience the Maremma through the body, breath, and flavours of the land.

My yoga practice also extends into the community, with projects dedicated to early childhood education and people with disabilities.

Susciando Lab: Home Restaurant and Cooking Classes in Maremma

Discover Susciando Lab Home Restaurant by Chef Niccolò Ermini: an experience created for private dinners, special moments and memorable evenings in the heart of the Maremma.

I welcome you with a smile and a carefully selected wine list, paired with the Mediterranean and Asian-inspired dishes created by Chef Niccolò, my husband.

Susciando Lab is also about tradition and sharing: Niccolò organises cooking classes dedicated to fresh pasta and the flavours of Maremma cuisine, where guests can discover the secrets and recipes of the local territory.

Niccolò is also the founder of TortellAUT, a project where homemade Tuscan tortelli become a tool for connection, training and inclusion for people on the autism spectrum.
