Casa Kundra is a welcoming apartment in the heart of Scarlino, a beautiful medieval village overlooking the sea in the province of Grosseto, Tuscany.

The house is located right in the historic centre of Scarlino. It is a 60 m2 two-bedroom apartment with a private entrance, set on the first floor. From the windows, you can enjoy special views of the sea, the Island of Elba, and the sunsets along the Tuscan coast. Casa Kundra is a small retreat for those who want to experience the Maremma region of Tuscany with its calm, authentic beauty. It is a special place for anyone who loves waking up in the silence of a medieval village, looking out at the sea from the window, walking through historic streets, and easily reaching some of the most loved beaches in the area.

On the ground floor, there is a small landing where guests can leave bicycles, ideal for those who enjoy exploring the area on two wheels. For guests travelling by motorbike, the parking just below the house is especially convenient. The parking space directly below the house is suitable only for small cars, but there are several parking options around the apartment, approximately 60 metres away.

The kitchen at Casa Kundra is a practical and welcoming space, designed to let you enjoy your stay with freedom and ease. Here, you’ll find everything you need to prepare slow breakfasts, light lunches or relaxed dinners after a day spent between the medieval village, the sea and the Maremma region of Tuscany.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils and everything you need for dining. You’ll also find a small cleaning kit and a washing machine, making your stay more comfortable even if you are planning to spend a few extra days at the apartment.

Please note that the kitchen does not include a dishwasher or tumble dryer.

The dining room at Casa Kundra is a warm and versatile space, designed to let you enjoy the apartment at a calm, relaxed pace throughout the day.

The room is equipped with an extendable dining table, chairs, TV, Wi-Fi, a fireplace and a comfortable double sofa bed. From the window, you can admire the sea view, a special detail that accompanies everyday moments and makes the dining room one of the most pleasant corners of this holiday home in Scarlino.

The French-size loft bed makes this room practical and welcoming, while the included bed linen kit means everything is ready for you when you arrive.

The room includes a wardrobe, large drawers and a desk, offering space to store clothes and personal belongings, or to create a small corner for reading, writing or working. On request, a cot or small child’s bed can be added, making Casa Kundra even more suitable for families with young children.

The bathroom is accessed directly from the double bedroom.

The space is bright thanks to a large window with frosted glass, overlooking the inner street and offering privacy. From here, you can also access a small balcony.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet with handheld bidet spray, sink and hairdryer. On arrival, you’ll find toilet paper, towels and a small welcome kit with soap and shampoo.

A drying rack and a small basin for hand-washing delicate items are also available, especially useful for longer stays or after a day at the beach.
